CityChat strictly prohibits any content or behavior that involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the exploitation of minors. Any user found to be sharing, promoting, or attempting to access such material will be immediately and permanently banned from our platform without warning.

CityChat is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. We implement robust age-gating mechanisms during the registration process to prevent minors from accessing our services. Providing false information regarding your age is a violation of our Terms of Service.

We provide easy-to-use reporting tools within the app. If you encounter any suspicious activity, profiles, or content that may involve a minor or child safety concerns, please use the "Report" feature immediately. Our safety team reviews all reports with the highest priority.

Upon identification or reporting of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), we take the following immediate actions:

• Immediate and permanent removal of the offending content and user account.
• Preservation of evidence in accordance with legal requirements.
• Reporting the incident to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local law enforcement agencies.

CityChat complies with all applicable child safety regulations. We have designated representatives to handle child safety concerns and interact with authorities.
